The ESEA Department promotes educational equity by managing federal and state-funded programs that support diverse student and educator needs, enhancing academic success through Titles I, II, III, and IV of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. These efforts include targeted student support, professional development for teachers, language instruction for English learners, and initiatives that promote student well-being, all within the New Jersey Tiered System of Supports (NJTSS).
